WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our goal is to process and ship orders within 2 business days. Custom furniture, antler lighting or personalized plaques require extra processing time and ship between 6-10 business days.  The majority of our merchandise is shipped from North Central FL via Standard UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS shipping.  Due to size, in some cases merchandise may ship directly from the manufacturer.  Depending on where you live, shipping takes anywhere between 2-7 additional business days to arrive.

Unless "expediated" shipping or "flat rate" is selected and paid for for we reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice. 

USPS CHANGE IN TRANSIT TIMES EFFECTIVE 10/3/21

Beginning on the Oct 3, 2021, USPS has announced that transit times during the holiday will be extended. Please allow 3-5 additional business days to receive packages if you select USPS First Class or Priority Mail as your requested shipping method. 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES

Custom furniture, antler lighting or personalized plaques require extra processing time and normally ship between 6-10 business days. However, orders placed in November and December do require more processing time so to ensure Christmas delivery the order deadline for custom/personalized items is November 25th. 

 

OTHER IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

At this time we do not offer international shipping due to the taxes and duties imposed.

LOCAL PICK UP

Local pick up is available on most items. Due to size and customizations, some products ship directly from the manufacturer. Because of this, please contact us prior to order placement to check if your order will be available for local pick up.
